How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1 business day from our US & Canadian warehouses. Once your tracking number is received, estimated delivery times are as below:

USA: 5-8 business days

Ontario: 2-3 business days
Rest of Canada: 5-8 business days

What are your shipping options?

We offer ground and expedited shipping via USPS, UPS & Canada Post.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes we do! We offer USPS or Fedex expedited shipping during checkout depending on your location.

UK customers can shop us via Beauty Bay

Will I have to pay duties/customs fees?

No. Our warehouses are located in USA & Canada to ensure you don't have to pay any extra fees.

I need to change my address! 

If you need to change/update your address please send us an e-mail within 30 minutes to support@makeupfridge.com

We ship really quickly and we'll do our best to find your order before it ships out. Unfortunately, we are unable to change your address once your item has been shipped.

How do I edit/cancel my order?

We provide all orders to our shipping warehouse within 30 minutes, if you need to cancel or edit your order please email support@makeupfridge.com as soon as possible. After this time, no changes can be made.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail or sms where you can follow the status of your order. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to show any updates.

What do I do if my package is missing?

If your package has been marked as delivered but you don’t see a pink box on your doorstep, please allow a few extra days for it to show - sometimes carriers can prematurely mark items as delivered and it will normally show up the next day! If it still hasn't arrived, please e-mail us at support@makeupfridge.com so we can help.

Benefits of refrigerating skincare?

Great question! Nowadays some skincare products can use less preservatives & this can cause products to oxidize and become less potent much more quickly. That $100 serum you now bought has to be used up quickly or else the active ingredients will work less effectively on your skin.

Refrigerating certain natural products can help to prolong their shelf-life and when cold products are applied to the skin, it can help to temporarily reduce facial puffiness and tighten pores. Plus, who doesn't love a cold face mask?

How does it plug in?

2 plugs are provided with your unit (home & car). Makeup Fridge can be plugged into your home outlet or car.

Which products can I store inside?

Many products can be stored inside Makeup Fridge including:

Moisturizers, toners, face masks, eye cream, nail polish, facial rollers, cleansers, lipsticks & more!

The only thing we don't recommend? Avoid storing products with a high oil content as they can harden and be difficult to apply.

Is condensation normal?

Condensation is completely normal for thermo-electric units as water may drip down from the refrigerated walls or products you are storing inside.

To lessen condensation, keep the unit out of direct sunlight and in a cool area to maximize cold air intake.

To clean any water droplets simply turn the unit off and take a soft warm cloth and gently wipe down the inside of the unit to remove any moisture.

Why can't I use my regular fridge?

We wanted to create a convenient & hygienic solution for those who actively wanted to use cold products as part of their daily routine. No more running back and forth to your kitchen to get your serums or storing your products next to your guacamole.

What is your return policy?

Please note, all sales are final. We will happily replace any items that have been damaged in transit. To be eligible for an exchange, please e-mail support@makeupfridge.com within 7 days after delivery with your MF# to inform us of any damage to your parcel.

All limited edition collections, kits, gift cards & pre-orders are final sale and ineligible for return.
