Great question! Nowadays most skincare products are featuring less preservatives & this causes products to expire a lot quicker. That $100 serum you now bought has to be used up quickly or else the active ingredients will no longer benefit your skin.

Refrigerating your products not only helps to prolong their shelf-life but cold products also help to temporarily reduce facial puffiness. Plus, who doesn't love a cold face mask, am I right?

Why can't I use my own fridge?

We wanted to create a simple solution for those who actively wanted to use cold products as part of their daily routine. No more running downstairs to get your serums or storing your products next your guacamole.

How cold does Makeup Fridge get?

MakeupFridge can reach temperatures as cold as 40-45°F (4 - 7°C) below ambient temperature & can heat up to 60°F.

Where can you ship to?

Makeup Fridge currently ships to continental USA (including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico) & Canada. We are working to expand to other countries in the future, make sure to tag us @makeupfridge to let us know where you'd like us to expand to next!

How long does shipping take?

Starting June 21st, USA orders are processed within 1 business day from our Texas warehouse, please see estimated delivery times below:
Within Texas : 2-3 business days
All other states : 4-7 business days
Puerto Rico, Alaska & Hawaii: 8-12 business days

For Canadian orders we process orders within 4-5 business days from our Hong Kong warehouse, please see estimated delivery times below:
All provinces: 4-5 days

Do I have to pay customs/duties fees?

All packages are shipped via DHL/UPS from our Hong Kong or Singapore warehouse which may be subject to customs, taxes & duties which are not included in the total cost of your order.

We are not responsible for any additional fees incurred upon delivery, please check with your local customs office to determine any additional costs prior to ordering.

Where are orders shipped from?

For all USA orders, your order will be fulfilled from our Texas warehouse, for Canadian orders your order will be fulfilled from our Singapore or Hong Kong warehouse.

What method is used for shipping?

We have partnered directly with multiple carriers to provide quick and reliable shipping. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail or a text notification if you left your number as your primary contact method. If you live in a remote area, we use UPS or DHL as our delivery partner.

Can you ship to PO boxes?

As a signature is required for certain deliveries, we unfortunately can't ship to PO boxes at this time.

Order Confirmation

Where is my order confirmation?

Please allow a few minutes to receive your order confirmation. This will confirm your order number, address and item purchased. If you've used your cellphone number during the checkout process, an SMS with your order confirmation will be sent to your phone number.

When will my order ship?

For USA:
Please allow 1 business day (excluding weekends) for us to process your order and 4-7 business days for shipping

For Canada:
Please allow 4-5 business days (excluding weekends) for us to process your order and 4-7 business days for shipping via DHL/UPS.

Help! I've used the wrong shipping address, what do I do?

We provide all orders to our shipping warehouse within 30 minutes, if you need to make a change please let us know as soon as possible. After this time, no changes can be made.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We'll happily exchange any order that is incorrect, damaged or faulty, within 14 days of delivery (subject to stock availability), please include photos so we may assist you as quickly as possible.

Please reach out to support@makeupfridge.com with your order number if you received a faulty, damaged or incorrect order so we can help make it right.  

As a small and growing company it is not financially viable for us to accept returns at this time, therefore all sales are final.

How long does it take to process an exchange?

Please allow up to 7 business days to receive your replacement. If your item is out of stock a refund will be issued to your original form of payment and will show on your bank statement within 3-5 days.
